Do you love yourself?
This is not a rhetorical question. At times in my life I could not say for certain that i did. What I did not know at the time is that so many men and women struggle answering the same question.
Not everyone grew up in love or were taught how to love. Going through an array of experiences both positive and negative impacts the way we view ourselves and how we are able to love ourselves and others.
In today's episode I go deeeeep into how I came to love myself and how I know it for sure and give you some tips on how you can do it too.
