On this week's program, La Raza Chronicles gets ready for to go back to school featuring cutting edge ideas on public education with Dr. Ida Oberman and parents of the Community School for Creative Education and their Waldorf influenced program at the most ethnically and economically diverse school in Oakland's San Antonio district. We'll enjoy the poetry of Harold Terezon, and an interview with filmmaker, Eva Ma.
We also feature the music of Mexican Indie band Torreblanca and Monica Mendoza of The Bigger Picture Project performing her poem on the targeting of soda to Latino children.
