The New York City subway system is going to remove 90 year old tiles that look a bit like the Confederate flag. Mike assumes this means every other problem in New York is already taken care of, like the homelessness, rats all over the subway, and the summer scent of urine. He wonders where the grown-ups are to tell people "No."
