California is taking a page for the EU playbook. California is thinking about cutting up into three seperate states. 1914 was the first time it was suggested, but this time there is a much better chance of it actually happening. The goal is to get the idea onto a ballot by 2018. 75% of California is unhappy with their government, so they are trying to make a change.
