Paul assures Timothy of who he is in Christ, a forgiven sinner who is now empowered by the Holy Spirit to do the things that God has called him to do. Today Caleb, Nick, and Aaron are Professing their Faith and testifying to Jesus as their Saviour and Lord and want to enter into battle for Him and with Him. So this morning we will give them a pep talk as they head into the ring, to inspire and assure them of our support as a church community as we partner together in fighting the good fight of faith.
