The phrase ‘Justification by Faith Alone’ came out of the protestant reformation in the 16th Century. The question of how a sinful person could be made right before God quickly become the central issue of the day, and this phrase was the Reformers response. So what does this phrase mean and more importantly what is its relevance for us today? We will explore this as we look at the example of Abraham and David shown in Romans 4.
