We live in a culture where ‘no worries’ is such a common phrase for the chilled out folk among us. The Bible is usually a bit stronger with its language around this topic. Numerous times throughout the Gospels, particularly in Matthew, Jesus says to his hearers, ‘do not worry.’ It is almost a commandment, just like he says, 'love each other', or 'be salt and light', he says, ‘do not worry’.
