Sight, Sound & Story - Behind the Edit: Documentary Editors
Inside Episode XLI: Join Editors Nic Zimmermann, ACE, and Charles Little II, ACE, as they share their journeys into the craft, emphasizing key skills such as storytelling and realizing the Director's vision. Nic will delve into the making of "Greatest Night in Pop" and "The Twister: Caught in the Storm," exploring sound design and narrative challenges, while Charles will discuss the emotional impact of docuseries editing, including his work on the sports series "Full Swing" and "Welcome to Wrexham." He’ll also highlight the importance of collaborating with story producers to elevate the edit. Award-winning Producer/Editor Garret Savage will moderate the event.
