Description

It is rare that a film can be wholly original in this day and age. Yet, when the right elements and genres are paired together in a unique way, the result can translate to something that is quite unique and refreshing to watch in a previously tired and uninteresting single genre. This is exactly what happened with the TIFF world premiere film, Freaks, starring Emile Hirsch (Into the Wild, Speed Racer), Bruce Dern (The 'Burbs, The Hateful Eight) & introducing the very talented young actor Lexy Kolker. The writing duo, Zach Lipovsky & Adam B. Stein, struck gold with this exceptional cast and even more intriguing story! So without further delay, enjoy this review of Freaks!
