Chris Atlee is a District Executive for Boy Scouts of America. He oversees the Big Muddy and Egyptian Districts in Southern Illinois. He joined WXAN to talk about the Boys Scouts, their efforts to grow in the region, and how Boy Scouts develop more well rounded citizens.
