Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs joined Will Stephens on WXAN 103.9 FM to talk about the multiple programs run by the Treasurer such as ICASH, ABLE, Ag Invest, and Bright Start College savings. Treasurer Frerichs also discussed the ongoing budget impasse and said when asked about the Democratic Primary for Governor "right now we should be laser focused on passing a budget, not running around this (sic) state campaigning, but sitting in Springfield and working out a deal."
