Since 1987 Meteorologist Jim Rasor has been forecasting the weather for WSIL TV 3. He joined Will Stephens on WXAN 103.9 FM to talk about his 30+ years as a TV "weatherman", the May 8th Super Derecho of 2009, warning sirens as an ineffective tool for alerting people to severe weather, and the 1925 tornado that impacted Southern Illinois.
