Illinois State Representative Terri Bryant joined Will Stephens on WXAN 103.9 FM to discuss the recent spending package that was passed out of the Senate and now awaits action in the house.
Representative Bryant said "There is hope that we can get a budget passed that is reasonable, that's balanced, that might not be everything that we want, but will keep our region from being destroyed."
