Additional sound design by Zoom who at one point said "Just pull the LFOs all the way up" and it sounded cool.
We decided early on as to what we want the intro to sound like, and it allowed me to experiment a bit with techniques I wanted to try anyway - they ultimately were a bit of a failure, but they did prove certain aspects I was hoping them to prove. Due to the odd nature of the audio, engineering the final mix was an absolute pain, but I'm quite happy with the end result.
Obvious tip of the hat goes to the genius of https://soundcloud.com/lustmord but also to https://soundcloud.com/phobium and https://soundcloud.com/noisia who both served as a great inspiration for this.
