Talk by Dr Ros Clarke, Associate Director of Church Society, on reforming women's ministry. Ros presents the results of her survey on
provision for women’s ministry and training in evangelical churches (of both egalitarian and complementarian persuasions). We saw that things are improving in this area, but more needs to be done to train women and to give them ministry opportunities.
