Sheila Khama, is one of the continent’s most sought-after extractive policy advisers. Before consulting independently, Sheila worked at the African Centre for Economic Transformation, the African Development Bank and the World Bank, advising governments on policy. She has recently authored a book on corporate governance of mineral, oil and gas companies in which the state has an interest.
