Getting a good night's sleep is so valuable.

As you heard my last podcast episode, I really care about energy for the PT/PTA clinician.

After reading several books and working with Dance PT friends who have the same interest, I found a sleep routine that really works for me that I’m excited to share with you.

When I first thought of creating a sleep routine, it honestly annoyed me because I didn’t want my life to become more regimented.

I’m a person who likes to feel free and not tied down.

However, this sleep routine I’ve been doing has really worked for me And I find myself shockingly unsatisfied if I don’t do it.

I am definitely not a sleep expert, but I am a person who likes what I’m doing for my sleep.

If anything in my sleep routine is something you want to try, go for it knowing that you may likely sleep a lot better when you try it.
