potential to transform virtually every sector of our economy – from finance, healthcare, and
logistics to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Moreover, the
technology itself has created its own industries, including new markets for digital property (e.g.,
non-fungible tokens (NFTs)) with associated intellectual property rights to protect and enforce.
Governments, courts, and practitioners alike are continuously how this emerging technology can
be used to improve existing IP enforcement resources, and whether and how blockchain
