The title is a quote from Frank Herbert's classic science-fiction novel "Dune", in which Paul Atreides must overcome excruciating pain by controlling the fear in his mind.
In this track I've then combined that idea with fantasy and Dantean religious concepts about Hell and the Abyss. It's the dark soundscape to imagined fear.
