It was a desolate planet in the outer reaches of Rigel IV (a typical binary system, red giant star and blue dwarf) - the planet Senkil. There was a distress beacon (of course), but surprisingly (this time)...no aliens.
The abandoned outpost still had an atmosphere generating unit, so once inside I took off my space helmet (a dashing scarlet colour, I might add) ..and the music started. I heard a voice - "hello" as if through a wall and several hangovers. The voice repeated, over & over.
But nobody was there...wait, was that a mist?
The beat grew and grew and before I knew it I was dancing.
I think I danced with a space ghost.
(That high warble synth might sound like a theremin, but it's a Sunrizer synth sound. Plenty of loops. A voice synth featuring yours truly. And another Sunrizer synth).
