On this episode of Prepare to Win we’re discussing how to properly decrease strength training volume coming out of pre-season as an athlete moves into in-season training and competition. We discuss the misconceptions about sport-specific training, the proper purpose of strength training during in-season and off-season, creating a better understanding for what conditioning means and how to use it for each individual sport.
