On this episode of Prepare to Win we’re discussing how changes in the athlete’s environment can have a dramatic impact on the outcomes of their training, both positively or negatively. We go into several examples from a recent competition for four different female lifters. These women each made different but equally positive changes in their environment, lifestyle choices, and training circumstances. We detail the changes that were made the PR’s that each of the women had at this most recent meet.
