Description

On this episode of Prepare to Win we’re answering one Q&A question submitted recently that asked “What is the best advice that you’ve been given for business?” We thought this was a good enough question to deserve being its own podcast. We end up discussing the best advice that we’ve been given, but also the advice that we’d like to give in return to others who might be thinking of going into business for themselves. We go over strategies for growth (when to seize opportunities and when to stay small), business networking, knowing your clientele, self-awareness and authenticity as a business owner, and much more.
