Well.. there are apparently 152 thousand books on the subject of purpose. 94% of millenials say that they want to use their skills at work to serve a purpose, and YET....a study conducted by Harvard Business Review found that only 20% of harvard students had a strong sense of individual purpose..
Are we then in a purpose crisis? Why is this relevant? Why is it that companies have started taking this seriously? How do I even approach this issue?
