Tamara Miller is a molecular biologist, mycologist, teacher of biology, biochemistry, chemistry, organic chemistry and nutrition, and nutrition coach. She spent a couple of decades deconstructing the cell wall of pathogenic fungi before turning to nutrition certification. In addition to working with clients, she has a passion for passing information to people, both in her books and in her teaching at the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Arvada, Colorado and Kaplan Test Prep.
