Police comedies aren't a new concept in cinema but there hasn't quite been something like Kathal. A lighthearted story about missing prized jackfruits and the cops who can't find takes a dark turn but doesn't quite stick the landing. Straight to Netflix films always seem to be missing that certain something and this film is no exception.
