Re-Tide are Patrizio Mattei, Danny Omich and Andrea Prezioso, and their productions take inspiration from the underground music scene of the 70’s and 80’s, blending elements of disco, funk, and soul with a definitively modern house mantra.
In their native Italy they are approaching household name status. Patrizio and Danny are presenters and DJs on m2o based in Rome with 1.5 million listeners daily and host WAVES every Saturday at 7PM, and Andrea is a presenter, DJ, and programmer for Radio Capital with 1.7 million daily listeners. As Re-Tide they also host, produce, and DJ one of the most popular on air shows on Radio Capital “Capital Party Nu-Disco” every week.
Their latest release is a fantastic disco rework of Todd Terry’s “Keep On Jumping”, which you can hear in their mix as well.
