I wanted to tell a painful fun story about this recording.
Last year, after long planning and preparations we finally set the date and slot for my new album Ex Nihilo’s first show ever. It supposed to be on the Robot Heart bus, which has a special meaning for me and my career. For this show i had very special slot which was supposed to be during the man burn.
I made my last preparations, all cables were checked, everything was so ready for my album premiere! And on the last countdown, about an hour before my show, I started to have this weird and intense pain, spreading all over my body. The amount of the pain kept elevating while there was only 30 minutes to the show! Cramps like 10 people stabbing me all over. It was impossible to even lay down on the bed. I was writhing in the rv. Finally I realized i was dropping fucking kidney stones right on the time of this very important moment of my life. So of course I had to miss my show and that nightmare kept on for several more hours.
The day after when I went to the bus to see temple burn, I heard one of my dear friends was gonna miss his show, so I was told to jump on the decks, not while man burn maybe but for post temple burn :) It was a kind gesture from the universe. So this set was recorded in a moment like that.. Hope you enjoy!
