How can today’s economic logic of speculation in cities be countered to support creative infrastructure and, at the same time, the agency of communities in precarious situations? Els Silvrants-Barclay and Rob Ritzen talk about how the group came into being, its tools, aims and further steps. More info on www.permanentbrussels.org
