Description

Hogwarts Legacy, a new game set in the world of Harry Potter, is mired in controversy. Though the Wizarding World is still a beloved franchise, it's struggling to separate itself from its creator, JK Rowling. The supposedly "cancelled" multi-millionaire author has made what many consider transphobic remarks, making her persona non grata. BUT Rowling has remarkably little to do with Hogwarts Legacy, with devs promising to allow gamers to create trans characters. But is that enough? Should trans allies buy a game that ultimately profits Rowling? Or does boycotting the game only hurt a team of devs not associated with the controversy?

Then, has it been too long for fans to return to Stranger Things? New photos show the kids-turned-adults continuing the franchise, but will they be able to transition from their Spielbergian kids' adventure roots? Does anyone still care?

All that and more on episode 347. Cheers!
