It takes away bookings from people who are trying to find a particular location and a place to rest/find a new home short term, confusing for the host, the family and the host are not protected in case of a liability/scam, it's a logistical nightmare for volunteer organizations, the family may not arrive until the stay is almost over, people who have a second nice property to rent out are not the most vulnerable AND Airbnb has its own charity where they pay for refugee housing for 14 days. UC Communiversity on March 15th, 2022 from 6:30-8PM. Cost is $39, but includes copies of both anthologies and an opportunity after the talk for me to sign them. The class includes ghost stories, the techniques with how I find and research new and old stories, and our process of sharing them with the public through a comic anthology.
