On Track, Off Course is back with a bonus episode for National Careers Week. Lauren and Tina chat to ITV Racing Broadcaster Luke Harvey about his life and career in the industry he loves. As ever, Luke is entertaining and informative and it is great to hear the passion he still has for the industry and its' people.

The brilliant Arvin Chadee also joins the podcast all the way from Australia and talks about his inspiring path from growing up in a non-horsey background in North London to now being in Australia on the Godolphin Flying Start programme.

You will also hear about the bloodstock side of the industry from Yearling Sales Organiser, Hetty Keyes and learn more about Racing Welfare's Careers Advice and Training Service (CATS) from the CATS Project Lead Sarah Fanning.
