Adam Fergusson, Regional Community Executive at Racing Welfare, talks about the important community work that Racing Welfare has done this year to combat loneliness and isolation amongst retired staff and working-age staff in the industry.
Sarah Monkman, one of the Welfare Officers at Racing Welfare, also gives her top tips for combatting loneliness over the festive period.
