In episode three of On Track, Off Course, Lauren and Tina talk to ITV Racing presenter Francesca Cumani about her life in the racing industry. Francesca talks about the pressures of being a working mother as well as being a woman in what can still sometimes feel like a male dominated industry. She also talks about what she does to look after her wellbeing.

Also in this week's episode are John Lawler, a Racing Welfare beneficiary, who bravely talks about what has been an incredibly difficult time for him following the death of his best friend and Racing's National Chaplain, Simon Bailey who gives some inspirational top tips for looking after your wellbeing.
