Payton Chang is the the Social Media Manager for the Miami Dolphins along with their properties including Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. In addition to her work with the Dolphins Payton serves as a consultant for Progage Connect, working with professional and collegiate athletes earn endorsement deals and grow their personal brands.
Prior to her work with the Dolphins Payton worked for Athletes Unlimited as the Social Media Coordinator throughout their inaugural softball, volleyball, and lacrosse seasons and Tokyo 2021 coverage. Payton’s first job in sports came with Wasserman Media Group where she led a project working with the NFL and Microsoft Surface partnership for their Super Bowl LIV campaign.
Payton did her undergraduate work at Stanford University where she earned a B.A. in Science, Technology, and Society with a concentration in Communication and Media. At Stanford, Payton was a member of the varsity indoor and beach volleyball teams where she was a part of two NCAA National Championships. She finished her volleyball career at Northwestern as a graduate transfer where she also earned her masters in Sports Administration.
