It's the first sunday of January and also for 2025! Happy new year! This is the 124th Ambient Sessions presented by Deep Electronics. These monthly released sessions brings you the best and the most diversity Ambient music can offer.
This month Mateusz Grzybowski is the first artist for 2025 to present is live set. Recorded at Electrum Ambient Park 2024 in Bialystok, Poland.
About the artist:
Producer, live performer and DJ from Białystok, Poland. His music is based on deep techno and ambient, which together with experimental sounds create a hypnotizing whole. In the creative process, he uses synthesizers with the addition of modular synthesis, field recordings and computer software. His sets are known for precise mixing and seamless transitions that keep listeners immersed in the story he creates. In April 2024, he released a 20-track album titled “Charbon” via Subsist Records.
Closely related to the Bialystok's music scene, especially the iconic FOMO club community. He performs not only during techno-focused events, but also at art exhibitions and other interdisciplinary events, where he plays ambient and experimental music. Mateusz is also deeply devoted to the music festivals, where years ago he became interested in electronic music and now he is actively participating in them as a volunteer and artist.
About the session:
This recording took place during Electrum Ambient Park 2024 in Bialystok city by The Ambient Valley. It’s a fusion between field recordings, atmospheres and some percussion elements. Whole material connects the world of cold, empty drones with brain massaging sound design and it’s unreleased live session.
