Welcome to the 46th Ambient Sessions presented by Deep Electronics.
It's the first sunday of July and that means a brand new session!
This months session is created by Dycide & MTRL
About Dycide & MTRL:
Dycide is a producer from munich inspired by the atmospheric and experimental sounds of the underground experimental electronic music scene. His vision is to shift the aesthetics of dance music to a non party environment .
MTRL, a young producer from munich, influenced by the experimental, hypnotic and industrial sound of the german scene and it’s artists. Fascinated by the depths of space and inspired by the organic voices of nature, his sound reaches from atmospheric and experimental ambiences to deep and tribal grooves, influenced by the hypnotic vibes and frequencies of his environment.
Both producers met during their studies in munich. Since they have similar opinions about auditive and visual art, they founded the audiovisual label called IO in 2018. The projects goal was to establish a platform for friends and other artists, so they can develop their projects in the best way possible.
description about the mix:
We jammed a bit around with a live set up - analogue + digital; equipment used: Ableton (internal fx/ instruments) + Push 1, NAM MB33, Vermona DRM1 MKII, Behringer Model D, Dreadbox Erebus and a Acidlab Bombass.
We recorded some loops & other stuff and played it live + live processing. The record of that jam is the ambience session we sent to you :) Because of that there is no tracklist. We created everything you hear just for that ambient session.
When Dycide and MTRL meet up for producing/ jamming they often create something special . At the moment they are preparing for a new hybrid live set they'll perform this summer.
