about the mix
During the Christmas holiday season, I revisited "Invisible Cities" by Italo Calvino, a book I’ve read several times over the years. This mix draws inspiration from Ottavia—the city suspended over the abyss and constructed from ropes and bridges. I tried to convey that precarious balance in an hour of music built on restraint and space, where subtle rhythmic layers and textures create a sense of weightless motion.
