Introduction:
Eyvind Blix is a Stockholm-based producer and DJ, who released his first ep through Physical Techno Records early this March.
Three years ago he moved to Stockholm and it didn't take long until he discovered the underground scene and great clubs such as "The Office". It opened the door to techno he had never heard before.
After winning a web-based DJ competition by "Parklife" he got invited to play at his first open-air party and later, several other underground clubs invited him to play.
Eyvind views DJing cinematically: "I build my scenery purposefully; I fill it with rhythm, atmosphere and dark industrial sounds. It's like building a puzzle, each track has it's own part in completing it. If you place your pieces right it will give the audience a complete, organic and pulsating experience. For me Techno is about limbos, matras, weird rythms and sounds, being in that will take me to a deeper level of consciousness".
