- Grew up in a religious performance based family and learned I had to do enough and have enough to try to be enough. Led to eating disorder, depression, anxiety, and self-hatred. Self-sabotage and unhealthy relationships with men
- started my own inner work to heal and through that experience became a therapist to help others heal and break free
- my performance transferred into my work and became a workaholic - thought that being needed was being loved and valuable - burn out and breakdown mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually - was the turning point
- continued my journey of healing and freedom - started working with a coach - total breakthrough and transformation - realized my worth and value in my essence and my magic (an empath/intuitive). My heart isn't my liability but my gift and superpower. Developed relationship with God not religion and broke old survival patterns and reprogrammed old survival mindsets and it set me free - changed my life and the scope of my work - healed my body and learned to love myself and enjoy my life. Now I help other business owners (serviced based) who are trapped in bondage and struggle break free and shatter their ceilings so they can show up fully and freely in their true essence and brilliance and be the change in the world they were created to be and so they can soar in aligned success with the impact, freedom, and joy they were created for in life and business!
