The 20-point peace plan between Israel and the Palestinians was vague on economic solutions. There is little reason to believe that peace can be guaranteed without economic incentives. Netanyahu has proven to be a liar and a war criminal. Without a commitment to advance mutually beneficial economic programs, peace will remain elusive.
