When situations arise that affect the family dynamic and there are children as part of that situation, what acknowledgement is made for the affect on the children? What consideration is provided for them to express how they are affected? What is the opportunity for them to contribute to the creation of a new family dynamic?
Debra is an experienced trainer and mediator who has an affinity to providing the needed knowledge and skill for the voice of the child to be acknowledged and be able to contribute in some manner to what, in many ways, enriches and enhances the transition of family dynamics.
