A writer that is a runner is sure to produce some great stories, and Ray Charbonneau delivers!
Ray has just published his 5th book, Idle Fee Do the Devil's Work, and this book is full of amazing stories, articles, and research that he has written about running over the years. The book is really enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend adding the book to your reading list. In addition to talking about the book, we shared many other running stories and anecdotes. Here are some of the highlights:
The decision, on occasion, to go from running marathons to running ultra marathons.
Why he runs 30+ miles while training for a marathon.
Starting a publishing service with a unique, running centered, name.
His experience running the Boston Marathon, in 2013 and again in 2014
I had a great time talking with Ray, and am really enjoying his new book.
