Description

Margaret Webb decided at 50 that she wanted to run in the half marathon at the World Masters Games, and spent the next year working on improving her fitness to allow her to compete in those games at a high level.

In her book "Older, Faster, Stronger", she chronicles her year of training and shares conversations she had with women in their 70s, 80s, and beyond that are running races and setting records on a regular basis.
