Once Jay Bode tried his first OCR, he was legitimately hooked. As soon as he got home from that first race, he and his wife started looking for more OCRs to compete in together and they haven't slowed down since!
That passion continues to manifest itself as Jay looks toward possibly competing in the elite ranks for the sport. He has also started a podcast, Overcome and Run, aimed at helping people with little to no OCR experience dip their toes into the water and find out if they enjoy getting down and dirty as much as Jay does.
