How much can we, as non-elite runners, learn from watching the best in the world?
Even though their easy pace may be faster than our 5k pace (and in many cases, it is!), there is still a lot that we can learn by watching them perform.
Today, I'm sharing some of the big lessons to be learned that stood out to me from watching the Olympic trials.
