Amy Stone is another "victim" of running peer pressure.
From being "coerced" to joining a half marathon training group, to trying her first triathlon, to graduating to the ironman distance, a bit of a nudge has been a consistent part of her evolution as an endurance athlete.
In addition to talking about her running/tri exploits, we also talk about her decision to launch a podcast and she gives some tips for those runners among us that are thinking about possibly going tri at some point!
