Once a runner, always a runner, right?
Today's guest exemplifies that perfectly, even if running in his late 40s looks quite a bit different than it did in his 20s.
20 years ago, Allan Misner was running marathons and just finished his first 50 miler.
Until he had what a calls a Forrest Gump moment: he just stopped running.
He has recently found his way back to the sport, and now is enjoy running OCR events with his daughter.
