Not far from the Xilinchan Temple, we start at this storyteller's high school where we can hear the sound of students frantically studying for the upcoming Gaokao (College entrance exam). We walk along the field as he told us story. Then we went to the newly developed part of Songjiang City where his old house was, already demolished. There is a park there now and we walk with him and his friend as they tell stories in the soft rain.
