Mid-January is already here and conference schedules are starting to pivot into the second half of their grinds. And in every conference, opponents know you best making the rest of the schedule the toughest of the regular season.

With the show airing on Martin Luther King Day, Gary Stewart joined the program. Stewart is not only the head coach of the Stevenson men's team, he's on a number of different panels and boards as well as being the president of the National Association of Basketball Coaches this season - the first black, Division III coach to earn that responsibility. Stewart's unique and thought-provoking perspective is not to be missed.
